Ishrak Gharbi started her life with a huge passion for rugby. She succeeded very well in Bajja, but family challenges compelled her to give up her dream. Later, she entered the world of handicrafts. She learned much and taught many people artistic skills. However, social pressures pushed her away from this field.Never to give up, she started her new journey in journalism and media, founding North FM Radio. The radio became the voice for society in raising awareness about women’s rights and in their defense. Ishraq proves that obstacles are mere experiences which draw ways to success and excellence.
